As of July 1, 2025, Charge Up New Jersey is open and accepting applications. Eligible applicants may apply starting July 1, 2025, and will receive the incentive levels noted below.

Claim your vehicle or charger incentive today! Apply now and receive either $1,500 or $4,000 per eligible vehicle for income-qualifying applicants.

Required Documentation to Submit Applications

When submitting an incentive application on behalf of a customer, the following documents will be required:

  • A signed copy of the Applicant Terms and Conditions.
  • Proof of New Jersey residency via a current New Jersey driver license.
  • A copy of the purchase or lease contract.
  • Proof of temporary or permanent New Jersey vehicle registration.
