Required Documentation to Submit Applications
When submitting an incentive application on behalf of a customer, the following documents will be required:
- A signed copy of the Applicant Terms and Conditions.
- Proof of New Jersey residency via a current New Jersey license.
- A copy of the purchase or lease contract.
- Proof of temporary or permanent New Jersey vehicle registration.
